ESTABLISHED 2010

Rooted in East Singhbhum, building sustainable futures

Founded in April 2010 by Mr. Sanjay Kumar, the Jharkhand Human Resource Development Centre bridges raw human potential and formal economic opportunity, treating psychological resilience as inseparable from livelihood generation.

OUR MANDATE

Bridging potential and sustainable opportunity

Jharkhand Human Resource Development Centre operates as a registered charitable trust dedicated to human resource development, educational counseling, and community welfare. We work directly with youth, marginalized families, and aspiring rural entrepreneurs across eastern Jharkhand.

Our work recognizes that emotional well-being is an essential prerequisite for economic self-reliance. By pairing practical trade instruction with destigmatized mental health support, we help individuals build lasting stability for their households.

CORE BELIEF

Dignity begins with a marketable skill and the emotional stability to put it to work across every village household.
